KBC Contestant Warns Amitabh Bachchan About Dark Circles, Says ‘Aapko to Handsome Dikhna Hai’

With a new season of the game show Kaun Banega Crorepati, Amitabh Bachchan is back. On the opening episode of Season 15 on Independence Day, a teenage competitor by the name of Dhimahi Trivedi gave Amitabh advice on his late-night social media usage and warned that if he keeps doing it, the host will develop dark circles.

An 18-year-old contestant on the popular Indian game show Kaun Banega Crorepati (KBC) warned Amitabh Bachchan about the dangers of staying up late at night, saying that it could lead to dark circles.

The contestant, Dhimahi Trivedi, was asked by Bachchan what advice she would give him to stay looking young. Trivedi replied that he should get enough sleep and avoid staying up late at night, especially if he is using social media.

Dhimahi spoke with Amitabh Bachchan about utilising social media only for a portion of the day while she was in the hot seat. Even though she claimed to simply spend a half-hour on social media, she made note of Amitabh’s continued online presence after midnight.

In Hindi, she questioned Amitabh, “You shot for films and now KBC also. Then, how do you handle social media? She said, “Yes, I have also seen how you even post at 2 am,” when he inquired if she had seen his social media profiles. In response, Amitabh questioned her, “Am I doing something wrong?”

“Aapko to handsome dikhna hai, na?” Trivedi said to Bachchan. “Toh thoda sona padega (You have to sleep well if you want to look handsome).”

Bachchan laughed and agreed with Trivedi’s advice. He said that he is aware of the importance of getting enough sleep, but that it can be difficult to do so when he is working on multiple projects.

“I know that I should sleep more,” Bachchan said. “But sometimes it is difficult when I am working on multiple films and TV shows.”

Trivedi’s advice to Bachchan is a reminder that even celebrities are susceptible to the effects of sleep deprivation. Dark circles are a common side effect of not getting enough sleep, and they can make people look tired and haggard.

If you are concerned about dark circles, there are a few things you can do to prevent them. First, make sure to get enough sleep. Most adults need around 7-8 hours of sleep per night. Second, avoid staying up late at night, especially if you are using electronic devices. The blue light emitted from electronic devices can disrupt sleep. Third, use a cool compress on your eyes if you already have dark circles. This can help to reduce inflammation and puffiness.
